If the results of the recent Toowoomba referendum are anything to go by, it seems the general public is not too keen on drinking recycled water - so how do you go about changing their minds?

That was the challenge issued to five different advertising agencies as part of Brisbane's Riverfestival - to "use their creative genius to sell the public on drinking recycled water."
