A software gripe

Last night, I downloaded a piece of software. sbeckstead had mentioned some utilities that will create PDF files, and that are designed to look like a printer to whatever software you're running.

Well, I downloaded Pdf995 Printer Driver and installed it, and I noticed two glaring faults that make it unsuitable for industry use.

1) It installed in seconds with no fuss at all.
2) It did exactly what it was supposed to do the first time, with no fuss.

Microsoft would never approve.
