This morning, I paid a call on a nice old lady who had called with concerns about her water. She was picking up a bleachy smell, and there was a lot of air in the water. I put her on the list for inspections, and arrived this morning at 9:30.
While I was testing the water (chlorine levels absolutely normal) and taking samples (for odor, and for bacteria since this kind of call often turns into a "safety of supply" question), we had a very nice chat.
This is a very nice break from the kind of person who puts the "cuss" in "customer".
