Very easy Indian recipe

Monday night was the weekly "cook-in" with Joan. Her roommate cooked Tandoori chicken and a side dish, and I decided to bring at least a little something for dessert.

One of the recipes from a book I picked up at the Festival of Books was extremely easy. It's chunks of assorted fruit in sweetened, rose-flavored, whipped cream.

I used raspberries, blackberries, and peaches.

The recipe calls for stirring in some coarsely chopped pistachio nuts, but I left them whole and dropped a few on top.

If you ever need something that makes for a dessert that is utterly simple, but still impressive, try this.
